A beautifully perfumed nose packed with wild red and black berry fruits, toasted brown cooking spices and lifted floral notes, layered over a subtle earthy background. Sourcing our Pinot Noir fruit from the finest vineyards in the Southern Valley sub-region, this wine is sophisticated, intriguing, and is the perfect accompaniment to BQ meats, nutty cheese, and mushroom dishes.

A deep ruby red colour, with complex and dense aroma of, cassis blackberry blackcurrant, wild forest berries with fine cedar notes, oyster shell and graphite vanilla, baking spices, some cigar box notes and dark chocolate. The palate is silky and rich, with powerful mid palate tannins and concentrated blackberry, cassis, with a fine and long savoury finish.
