The Penfolds Max's range pays tribute to the winery's first Chief Winemaker, Max Schubert, celebrating his relentless pursuit of excellence and the enduring philosophy of sourcing the finest fruit from Australia's best wine regions. Max's Shiraz reflects this legacy with a contemporary interpretation of one of Australia's most celebrated varieties. Aromas of ripe cherries, raspberries, cranberries and plum are layered with notes of white fruit cake, vanilla sponge and savoury Mediterranean influences. The palate is smooth and precise, revealing redcurrant, rhubarb and goji flavours with silky graphite-like tannins and steely acidity. Approachable in its youth, it offers balance, focus and refined texture.

A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon parcels sourced from vineyards throughout the Barossa. The fruit is fermented for up to 14 days, then aged for 12 months in a mix of French and American oak. Individual parcels of fruit are matured separately to maximise the blend's complexity and finalised through a selection process. The resulting wine is rich and concentrated with aromas of ripe dark berry fruits, blackcurrants and plums with mint and varietal leafy notes. The palate is plush with flavours balanced by fine, textural tannins.

Aromas of ripe red currants, blackberries with hints of sage, mint and toasty oak. The palate shows subtle red fruits while having some grainy long tannins. Dual appellation - Langhorne Creek and McLaren Vale.

A tribute to the Barossa's winemaking heritage, Pepperjack is crafted using a blend of traditional techniques and modern flair. Winemaker Richard Mattner - a born-and-bred Barossa local - loves making Pepperjack wines as much as he loves drinking them, especially alongside a great steak. As he says: "Why would I need anything else?" Deep dark red with a vibrant purple rim, the nose bursts with rich aromas of blackberry, blueberry, dark chocolate, mocha, and spice. The palate is plush and layered, delivering concentrated dark fruits, fine tannins, and a soft, lingering finish. Pepperjack Shiraz is a true Barossa classic.

Rich red berry aromatics and underlying spice notes fuse with a delicately structured palate layered with hints of cacao, gorgeously pure fruit, subtle oak and silky tannins. Purity, elegance combine with texture, concentration and length. A true reflection of the Central Otago sub regions that contribute to this Pinot Noir.

The Barossan showcases the superb fruit sourced from the many fabled sub-regions across the Barossa Valley. A selection of the Barossa's key growers, renowned for their quality and skill, have shared their passion and pristine fruit to create this ultimate expression of a great Barossa Grenache. The wine displays bright purple hues with a core of garnet red. The lifted palate is smooth and silky with raspberry, violet flower and a hint of dried sage. This juicy red wine is perfect to accompany antipasto dishes, smoked meats and many Asian-inspired dishes with a bit of spice. Tannins are restrained, so this is also a lovely wine to enjoy as a pre-dinner option on its own and delicious when served slightly chilled.

Crafted by the next generation of Peter Lehmann winemakers, The Barossan Shiraz showcases the exceptional fruit of the Barossa Valley, sourced from renowned growers across its celebrated sub-regions. Each vineyard contributes its own distinctive character, creating a rich and layered Shiraz bursting with vibrant plum, raspberry and dark cherry flavours, complemented by hints of mocha, spice and subtle oak. Silky tannins and a plush, full-bodied palate deliver a classic Barossa Shiraz with remarkable depth, balance and a long, satisfying finish.

Wine produced with selected grapes in the southern area of Apulia region, cultivated with the traditional sapling and vinified with thermo-controlled maceration followed by a soft pressing of the must at the end of fermentation. 30% of the wine is aged in barriques for one year, the remaining part in steel for the same period. Purple-red color with black-violet reflections, intense and persistent aroma with hints of red fruit. Full-bodied and soft wine, with a nice balanced finish.

Of all of the varietals of Italy, Nero d'Avola is as lustful and pleasurable as it gets. Rich, peppery and opulent. It has many of the same characteristics of Syrah and is the most important grape of Sicily.
