Crafted using the traditional appassimento method, the Primitivo grapes are left to overripen on the vine, concentrating their natural sugars and aromas before careful vinification by skilled winemakers. In the glass, it shows a deep garnet red, opening with rich aromas of dried fruit, plum, chocolate and spice. The palate is full and harmonious, with velvety tannins, balanced acidity and a pleasantly lingering finish. Intense, complex and deeply satisfying, it pairs beautifully with aged cheeses, braised dishes, or can be enjoyed slowly as a contemplative wine.

The Gnarly Head Shiraz from South Australia is a vibrant, fruit-forward wine with bright red berry aromas and subtle toasty oak. This Zinfandel is a bold wine grown from some of the oldest vines in California. Gnarly Head's untamed vines produce full-flavoured grapes, dense with aromas of blackberry bramble, juicy plum, and toasted oak.
