Pol Roger Réserve Brut is a luminous expression of the house's 175-year legacy, crafted from an equal blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay sourced from 30 esteemed crus and aged for four years in the cellar. In the glass, it shows a golden straw hue with fine, persistent bubbles, opening with enticing aromas of pear, mango, honeysuckle, and white jasmine that unfold into notes of vanilla and brioche. On the palate, a dynamic, fresh attack gives way to harmonious layers of fruit preserves, beeswax, acacia honey, candied citrus, and gentle spice. The Prince de Richemont Ice is a Demi-Sec style of sparkling wine, the 'Ice' in the name indicating how it's designed to be enjoyed - over ice. This style of wine is slightly sweeter than the Brut style, with a fresh, fruity nose and generous palate. It reveals delicate notes of white fruit and exotic flowers. Enjoy as an aperitif, served on the rocks in a tall wine glass.

For Bourgogne Pinot Noir, typicity is of the utmost importance. This wine is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes from a blend of Côte d'Or, Saône et Loire and Yonne terroirs. Prosper Maufoux Bourgogne Pinot Noir is typical of the Pinot Noir grape variety: a fruity, fresh wine. On the nose, its aromas of blackcurrant and cherry are enchanting. On the palate, its supple tannins confirm its maturity. Its ageing in vats underlines its fruitiness and freshness.

Prosper Maufoux Chablis is a fresh, supple wine with citrus, fleshy fruit, and floral aromas, complemented by an elegant, mineral finish with saline notes. Aged for 10 months in stainless steel to preserve freshness, it pairs perfectly with shellfish, seafood, fish, white meat, and sushi. With aging potential of 3-7 years, it should be served at 10-12°C, ideal with dishes like cod fillet with lemon sauce.

An unusual "Rough-as-Guts" aperitif that is best drunk with teeth clenched to avoid foreign bodies. Connoisseurs often drink this strange brew in conjunction with other beverages which complement, or mask, the delicate flavour of Purple Death.

Bright intense red with purple hues. Blueberries, also classic Malbec mulberry, red cherries and notes of cedar; cocoa and wafts of violets. At first this Malbec is Intense, juicy and super youthful 'grapeiness' again lots of blueberries. Almost overwhelming. The Middle Palate is generous and quite sensual it is structured despite the lashings of fresh fruit Really rich and lush. The after palate is flavoursome, rich sweet berry fruits and Damson plum is on top of rolling red fruits and Blueberry pie! The finish is lush and mouth filling with a glycerol sweetness balanced by gentle tannins and a soft fresh acidity. Along with barbecues, Malbec's team a treat with bold summery dishes. As they're by no means shrinking violets in the flavour department, a chilled bottle will go beautifully with beef fajitas or big-flavoured salads.

Pale light-yellow colour with typical crisp and delicate perlage. Complex bouquet with fruity notes of peach, green apple with scents of acacia and lilac. Fresh and light on the palate, with balanced acidity and body; harmonic with a long persistent aftertaste. Ideal as an aperitif, it is a perfect combination to hors-d'oeuvres and delicate first courses. Also wonderful with sushi, fish and shellfish.

Intense red with purple hues. Intense youthful fresh ripe berry fruit flavours with some well integrated vanillin oak. Full bodied dense ripe berry fruit flavours balanced with vanillin oak but yet long and smooth. Serve with a red wine casserole or a juicy steak with red onion jam. This wine has the flavour, structure and balance to be enjoyed now or offers added satisfaction from further cellaring.

The grapes were picked at between 13.5 to 14.0 Baume to produce the fruit flavours that are required to make this great wine. The grapes were fermented in a mixture of vessels to produce as much colour and flavour as possible. Portion of the wine underwent oak during fermentation and once dry, the remaining went to oak until the right balance was achieved. Careful tasting and blending, by Quarisa's winemaker, help produce this wine of style and great value for money.
