The Nautilus Chardonnay is straw coloured with a lifted nose of white peaches, citrus blossoms, brioche, and toasted hazelnuts. The palate displays stone fruits along with a nutty complexity from the natural ferments. The palate has good depth and concentration with a refreshingly long finish. This wine has a tight mineral structure and will develop a creamy texture as it matures.

The Nautilus Sauvignon Blanc displays intense lifted aromas of lemongrass, fresh blackcurrant buds and ripe grapefruit. The palate introduces delightful lime zest flavours with mouth-watering intensity finishing with a strong textural component.

A rich and opulent expression of Mendoza Chardonnay, crafted from handpicked fruit and matured in fine-grained French oak barriques for added depth and complexity. Intensely fragrant and beautifully layered, it reveals notes of grapefruit, golden peach, pineapple and fig alongside hints of vanilla, brioche and roasted hazelnut. Indigenous yeast fermentation, extended lees ageing and full malolactic fermentation create a creamy, silky texture, balanced by vibrant acidity and a long, satisfying finish that showcases the generosity of Gisborne Chardonnay.
