Tavernello Organico Sangiovese Rubicone IGT is obtained from Sangiovese, the most planted grape variety in Italy. This deep ruby red shows intense fruit aromas of blackberry and luxurious cherry, typical of Sangiovese. Best paired with tomato-based pastas, filled ravioli, hard cheeses and red meats.

From the start, it's a remarkable expression of Carmenere thanks to the typical fruit like plums, blackberries and some spicy touches. The tannins are polished and long with a medium body at the end.

Bright deep purple in colour, on the nose the Castaño Ecológico Barrica Monastrell delivers powerful aromas of blueberry, blackberry, violet and spices that follow on the palate. Along with this, there is a smoky candied touch and black peppery background from its brief ageing in oak. The aftertaste is long and silky.

The harvest from these parcels is always carried out later because of the dominant varieties, Cabernet Franc & Cabernet Sauvignon. Careful vinification gives this wine depth, elegance and length in the mouth.
