The arrival of hops to the brewing scene in England in the 1500s led to a moral panic, hops were described as 'a Wicked, & Pernicious Weed', feared to bring the downfall of civilized society. Thankfully, they were right.

Motueka, Cascade and Nelson Sauvin bring super juicy stone fruit and bright citrus top notes in a lush smooth hazy base that's as refreshing as a moonlit dip. It's naughty, but it's nice. Norse legend tells that at the end of days the great wolf Sköll, son of Fenrir, will finally catch the Sun after a chase that has lasted eternity. Spoiler alert, it's not going to end well. Blonde Rye IPA, fermented with Norwegian Kveik yeast and hopped with Mosaic, Krush and Simcoe. It's a beer with a crisp bitter bite, racy tropical fruit and mouthwatering citrus. Best Before Ragnarok.

A lucky few may have bumped into Snug in a bar, but such sightings have been few and far between. Swifty is named after the Swiftburn stream that flows through Royalburn Station in the South Island's high country, where Garage Project's spray-free barley is grown. Brewed by the good folks at Garage Project, this is a Refreshing Beer. An uncomplicated, easy-drinking classic ale. You beauty.

It's the pick of the crop. New Zealand IPA, brewed with Southern Cross, NZ Cascade, Nelson Sauvin and Waimea in a clean golden malt base, for a beer blazing with bold bright bitterness, mouth-watering citrus, juicy tropical fruit and rich hop resin. A cut above the rest.
