Lush layers of velvet smooth wheat and oats, super saturated with Citra, Galaxy and Luminosa hops, creates intense aromatic waves of bright citrus followed with sweet peach, guava and ripe berry. You're on the path.

The arrival of hops to the brewing scene in England in the 1500s led to a moral panic, hops were described as 'a Wicked, & Pernicious Weed', feared to bring the downfall of civilized society. Thankfully, they were right.

Cut and polished to perfection. Red Diamond - 6.4 carat West Coast style Red IPA. A blend of four malts and hand selected Chinook, Mosaic and Citra hops create a rich red IPA loaded with juicy high kilned malt rubescence, deftly balanced with clean grapefruit and juniper bitterness and bursting with citrus, blueberry and mango indica notes. Diamonds are a hophead's best friend.

Slip into something a little more comfortable. Flannel, king of fabrics, the freshest cut from Garage Project Oat Cream series. Huge additions of creamy oats and lactose create a super smooth sweet oat milk base, woven together with Galaxy, Peacharine, Luminosa and Sabro loaded with tangerine, peach, mango, coconut and berry. So smooth!

A lucky few may have bumped into Snug in a bar, but such sightings have been few and far between. Turn up the heat at your pickle party. Pickle Beer, the Spicy edition! Naturally kettle soured, infused with cucumber, dill and pickle spice, fired up with a generous addition of red hot chilli peppers. Spicy, refreshing and disarmingly delicious. It's getting hot in here!

Back in a blaze of glory. Sungrazer - crisp, dry hopped Cali Pils, made with OG American hop variety, Comet. All but forgotten, this hop's spent years in the lonely obscurity of space, only to blast into orbit again with intense white grapefruit, mandarin, bright pineapple and juicy apricot. Look who's back!

Surrender to the Void, an irregular series of outrageously decadent pitch black stouts brewed using an enormous, complex malt bill and mounds of debaucherous adjuncts. What's The Void up to this time? Cherry, chocolate and coconut - well that does sound lovely, but don't you think its rather a lot? What do you mean you're only getting started! Oh Void, have you no restraint! Turn off the mind, relax and float down stream.

Swifty is named after the Swiftburn stream that flows through Royalburn Station in the South Island's high country, where Garage Project's spray-free barley is grown. Brewed by the good folks at Garage Project, this is a Refreshing Beer. An uncomplicated, easy-drinking classic ale. You beauty.
