Amarula Easter Cocktail

The ultimate Easter Treat!
Amarula's melt-in-your-mouth white chocolate mousse Easter Egg.

Ingredients:
5 egg whites
150 grams white chocolate
150ml fresh cream
30 ml Amarula (1 shot)
Hollow Easter eggs

Method:
Finely chop the chocolate and place in a glass microwaveable bowl. Melt the chocolate at low heat, while constantly stirring until melted and smooth. Allow melted chocolate to cool. Whip egg whites until soft peaks form, whip the cream & set both aside. Fold egg whites into cool chocolate then fold in the cream & Amarula. Carefully cut the hollow Easter Eggs in half. Set in the fridge overnight, decorate and enjoy!

Hot Cross Bun Espresso Martini

Delicious creamy espresso martini with a hint of Easter spice

Ingredients: 
2 1/2 cups cold brew or 150ml fresh espresso

1 cup vodka

1 cup Kahlua/coffee liquor

2/3 cup Easter Nog

1/4 cup simple syrup

2 1/2 cups (or milk) 

Pour all into the slushi machine, press slushi and wait for 30 minutes! 

Garnish with Cinnamon or chocolate! Yum!

Espresso Martini

Ingredients:

  • 50ml vodka
  • 25ml   Kahlúa or any other Coffee liqueur
  • 25ml Hot fresh fresh espresso 
  • 10–15ml sugar syrup (optional, to taste)
  • Ice

Method:

  1. Add vodka, coffee liqueur, fresh espresso and sugar syrup into a shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake hard for 10–15 seconds - The harder you shake, the better the crema on top.
  3. Garnish with 3 coffee beans.
