Full bodied an opulent with black plum, red berry fruit and dark chocolate flavours. The palate has smooth tannins and a long finish.

Gravel Track pays tribute to the long gravel and limestone track that winds its way through Barossa Valley Wine Company's historic 60-year-old Farms vineyard. This wine shows vibrant plum and blackberry characters on the nose with hints of chocolate and earthiness flow through to a rich, bold palate packed with dark fruit flavours. Juicy and fruit driven, powerful yet elegant and with hints of black pepper spice through the mid-palate lead to a rich, velvety tannin finish.

Dating back to the 1980's, Grand Bateau is the fruit of the collaboration between Maison Barrière and Chateau Beychevelle, their sister company. The boat which decorates this label is the mythical galleon of the famous Château Beychevelle which took part and sponsored the conception and creation of Grand Bateau. Aromas of redcurrant, raspberry and floral rose notes. Crisp and lively on the palate with intense pink grapefruit flavours.

Lifted spicy cloves, hint of musky redskin with vanilla bean spice and faint zataar notes. Fig seed with spicy ripe red plum. A rich full palate, with fleshy mulberry fruits. Subtle use of oak further adds complexity with good flavour and balance with some fine, powdery tannins evident. A well-balanced wine with great depth, length and structure.

A lifted and expressive nose of red and dark-berried fruit, autumn leaves and brown spice such as clove and nutmeg wrapped pulled together by fine oak. The palate is medium bodied and shows delicious berries, spice and fine but firming tannin structure. This is a lovely wine of brightness, lifted fruit and plenty of drive but finishing savoury and long.

Bijou Terre de Providence has a delicate pale pink colour. Our rosé offers delicious flavour and aromas of bright berry fruit, floral honeysuckle and citrus notes. The palate is light and fresh while full-flavoured. There is crisp refreshing acidity that leads to a long delicate finish. Perfect as an aperitif and as an accompaniment to Mediterranean cuisine such as salads and seafood, especially shellfish.
