Mi Campo tequila begins as 100% Blue Weber Agave, matured for seven years. They gently squeeze the cooked piñas, illuminating the agave plant's natural honey characteristic and quelling any trace of bitterness. Blanco is double distilled, then fermented in open-air tanks, amid fragrant citrus trees, before resting for up to one month in the same French oak barrels used for aging Napa Valley Chardonnay, imparting an incredibly smooth taste.

Paquera Espadín is made with cultivated agave Espadín in Ejutla, Oaxaca. This mezcal was curated for it's use in cocktails but it's also good neat. The agave used in this mezcal are cooked in an underground pit oven, mashed by horse-drawn tahona, fermented in oak vats, and double distilled in a copper still.

Aged in French, American and Hungarian Oak this tequila has added complexity and flavour. Aromas of sweet, lightly cooked agave with woody toasted dry fruits, vanilla, apricot and spicy oak. A soft, rich taste with flavours of honey, cinnamon and pear. Dried spices and pepper round out the apple notes with a long lingering finish.
