With its blend of beer, food, and culture Behemoth could only think of one hop that would sum the place up; Mosaic. Back from the grave and holier than thou, No New Pope is Behemoth's big, bold, Black Smoked Imperial Stout. This stout is rich, roasty, and cloaked in divine smoke, like incense in a cathedral... if that incense was set on fire by a pyromaniac monk with a taste for strong beer. Introducing Pilsner Churqeull, the original C(NZ)ech Pilsner! In classic Behemoth fashion, they've taken a world classic and given it a good ol' Kiwi twist. Brewed the traditional Churly way, and backed up with that unmistakable New Zealand swagger. It's crisp, clean, and snappy, like a well-timed Chur from across the bar. Named in cheeky homage to the OG, but this one's got a little more Churly in its DNA. He may not be from Plzen, but he sure knows how to pour a proper pint and mispronounce it proudly. So, Chur to old-world style, new-world flavour, and beers that don't take themselves too seriously.
