The Alipús range celebrates the small producers of Oaxaca - this one is made by Don Baltazar Cruz Gómez. Made from Espadín Agave - a variety commonly used in mezcal production - grown at 950m in the sandy soil outside San Luis, this unique mezcal is spicy, round, and soft.
